TERMS OF SERVICE

(READ ALL TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE PROCEEDING)1. Prices may vary depending on the level of difficulty of the order. For example, they may increase if the garment is very detailed, or decrease if it has a simple design. This will be decided before the ordering process begins.
2. At the moment, I only carry out commissions that are classified as PERSONAL USE ONLY.
3. If there is no response (contact) within a maximum of three (3) days after the initial conversation, your place on the waiting list will be canceled.
4. I only accept payments via PayPal For Brazilian customers, I accept Pix.. Any transaction fees will be charged separately.
5. Payments are made 50% before and 50% after delivery of the draft, for security reasons for both parties.
6. For commissions containing fan art, please specify the character's name as well as the title.
7. Under no circumstances is the use of AI art or NFTs permitted.
8. Your order may take 1 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on my schedule. I will keep you informed about the progress of your order.
9. You may request a deadline. If the deadline is too short, or if you wish to be placed at the top of my waiting list, an additional fee of 20% of the total order price will be charged.
10. Payment for the model can only be refunded until the sketch is completed.
11. You will be allowed a maximum of 3 free changes. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged an extra fee for each change.
12. The commercial use fee is already included in my prices.
13. DO NOT EDIT MY ART IN ANY WAY. If you want to change it, ask my permission first.
14. Please provide me with illustrated or photographic references for the character design. The more references, the better. Case 1: Characters that do not have a defined design will incur an additional cost.
15. Throughout the entire process, prior to approval and payment for the final version, I will deliver blurred image quality.
16. I will only deliver the final version with adequate quality once the artwork has been approved and half of the remaining payment has been completed.
17. If you really want your art to remain private (so that no one can see your portfolio or broadcasts), you will be charged an extra fee.
